I was originally going to submit this on the Winter Solstice, which is, as I’m sure most of you already know, is the darkest day of the year for us folks in the western hemisphere, and the beginning of winter. And of course, I woke up with snow on the ground and the good ol’ north wind howling into my bedroom. But anyway, GIMP has been pretty messed up for some reason on my PC, and it took me longer than expected to finish this, so I hope you guys don’t mind too much~ Next up, a VERY special piece of work for a wonderful friend of mine. I hope she’ll like it. She’s been waiting too long for this.
I hope you guys like this though. I miss drawing my Pokemon. ;n; That, and this was SOOOOOOO HAAAAARRRRRD to do! GIMP giving me issues is one thing, but the whole making the background blend and look decent was something totally different. I used only the materials that were in the program originally, and it took me forever to make everything work together. But it was great to see the outcome. I personally like this a lot. Might even make it my fave deviation~
